Hilda Baci’s Record Of Longest Cooking Marathon Broken
Irish owner and chef of a restaurant in Japan, Alan Fisher has broken Nigerian chef Hilda Baci’s record of longest cooking marathon.
Hilda had broken the previous record of 87 hours 45 minutes which was set by an Indian Lata Tondon in 2019.
The Chef broke two cooking-related Guinness World Records titles.
Alan Fisher has claimed the longest cooking marathon after clocking in a time of 119 hours 57 minutes.
His record is 24 hours longer than the previous record held by Nigerian chef Hilda Baci.
Alan has broken the record for the longest baking marathon, with a time of 47 hours 21 minutes which Wendy Sandner from USA was the previous record holder with a time of 31 hours 16 minutes.
What interested the Guinness World Records the most is that Alan took on both attempts back to back, meaning he cooked for over 160 hours with just over a day of rest in between.
Nigerian cooking queen Hilda Baci has been dethroned 😳
